Mental Health and Well-being
Please see below our Mentally Healthy School Policy and some useful documents relating to Mental Health and Well-being.
Hello Yellow for Mental Health with Young Minds
On Friday October 8th we all wore yellow, either an item of yellow clothing or yellow from head to toe.
Why? We wanted to remember how important our mental health and wellbeing is, whilst also raising money for Young Minds Charity https://www.youngminds.org.uk/support-us/fundraising/helloyellow/
See pictures below of us saying 'Hello Yellow.'

Please logon to https://neurolove.org/ Through this site all young people in Liverpool can access activities that promote their wellbeing and support their mental health. They can book into live streamed yoga classes, fitness, mindfulness etc. Some of the young people who have worked on past Neurochampions programmes have helped to develop the site.
